First of all, educational qualifications, experience, skills, and more all play pivotal roles in deciding how employees are treated and paid for their services. 4. Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager particularly oversees the main administrative duties of a company such as hiring, carrying out interviews, paying employees, promotions, training programs, and employee retainment. They also act as the gatekeepers between the management and the employees.

5. Marketing Manager

Marketing Managers are in charge of disseminating information about a product. They create and implement marketing plans that target ideal customers with inventive, appealing brand adverts across several platforms, such as web pages, blogs, social media pages, and news sites.  A bachelor’s degree is often required for marketing managers.
